Inspired by the Parisian Bistro style, O’Steak offers food that is honest, simple, and attractive. The steak is, of course, the heart of our restaurant. But, since not everyone loves meat, we also offer a variety of salads, fish, including our famous salmon tartar, vegetarian dishes, and a variety of decadent desserts.
Don’t understand French cuisine? Not a problem. Our menu consists of iconic French dishes that are known around the world such as “escargots à la Bourguignonne” (classic Burgundy snails) and our homemade foie gras – two dishes that are particularly popular among our Chinese customers. It’s also the case for Ribeye steak or our warm goat cheese salad.
A natural marriage with red gold
Wine fans will tell you: a good steak always must be served with a good wine. There are many possible ways to link food with wine. Bordeaux are traditionally served with beef, as well as Bourgogne wines, thanks to their specific subtle taste of Pinot Noir, Argentine Malbec, Australian Shiraz, and the American Zinfandel they rely on the steak to express their musky flavors of red fruit and licorice. But for us, the most successful marriage is with the Côtes du Rhône. The strength of the Sun of the Syrah is perfect with the taste of smoked grilled meat.
